Shipping Policy

We acknowledge that the supply of Products offered on the Website is limited.

On occasion, one or more Products may not be available. In such a case, we shall inform the Client via e-mail, within 20 days of the date of completion of the Order.

In case only one or more of the Products in the Order should be available, the Customer Service office shall send the client an e-mail detailing the article not being available. The Order shall be processed for the available Products, and the Customer shall be charged solely for the amount corresponding to said Products, unless the Customer should inform us, in writing, that they intend to annul the entire Order.

We undertake to process each confirmed Order within 24 working days, starting on a working day following the day in which the Client transmitted the Order. During seasonal sales and when the company is closed, the delivery times indicated above may be delayed.

As soon as the Products are dispatched, the Client is informed via e-mail.

The Customer Care Office is available to Customers to provide assistance as to the Order status and for any issues relating to shipment or delivery. The service, nonetheless, may suffer delays and/or interruptions during the periods in which the company is closed during vacation or public holidays.

The Client must check the Products immediately upon delivery, to confirm their compliance with the Order, ensure that none of the ordered Products are missing, and report within any manifest defects in the Products.

If the Client has signed the delivery slip without reservations, the Customer may not move any claims at a later time, without prejudice to the provisions relating to hidden defects.

In case of failure in the Products’ delivery, or should the delivery slip contain a report of missing articles as compared to the Order, We shall reimburse the client as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
The Products featured on the Website are offered to natural persons who act for purposes that do not fall within the scope of a business, industrial, or professional activity (hereinafter called the “Clients”).

Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.

We guarantee to refund or exchange items unworn and in the same condition as you received them, with the original receipt and packaging, subject to our technical team’s inspection and approval.

Care must be taken to try out shoes on a carpeted area so that the sole does not get damaged or looks worn.

Care must be taken to use shoehorn while inserting foot into the shoe without damaging the sides and back.

You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 15 days of the purchase date.

You will need to intimate to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods your intention to return and the reasons for the return of the purchased items.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly.

Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 10- 15 business days, in the amount of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes.

It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.

We do not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

The modifications shall be effective as of the moment they are published onto the Website, without prejudice to any Orders already accepted by us, which shall continue to be regulated exclusively under the General Sales Conditions being valid at the closing of each Order.

Any item not in its original condition is worn, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (Internal evaluation by the technical team.

Any item that is returned more than 15 weekdays after purchase.
